Qualified interpreter candidates can complete the NLS AI Interview as part of our screening process. Please complete your interview in a quiet, professional environment and answer all questions independently.
📋 IMPORTANT INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Before beginning your interview, please review the following requirements:
🔹 Complete the interview independently.
🔹 Be alone in a quiet, private environment.
🔹 Do not receive assistance from anyone.
🔹 Avoid background noise and distractions.
🔹 Do not use prepared or AI-generated responses.
🔹 Test your camera, microphone, and internet first.
🔹 Answer clearly based on your own experience.
🔹 Allow enough uninterrupted time to finish.
👤 CREATE YOUR HYRING ACCOUNT
When prompted, create your Hyring candidate account using an email address you regularly monitor. Your account may allow you to access your candidate profile and view available information regarding your application and interview process. After completing the interview, please retain your login information so you can return to the platform as needed.
✅ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR INTERVIEW?
Once your interview is completed, the NLS Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team will review your interview, qualifications, and application information. You will be notified regarding your application status and any next steps in the selection and onboarding process.
